The Philippine Association of Chemistry Teachers Inc. (PACT), in partnership with the Philippine Federation of Chemistry Societies (PFCS), invites you to the 32nd Philippine Chemistry Congress with the theme “CHemistry, CHanges, CHoices” on May 31 – June 2, 2017 at the Asturias Hotel in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The Congress is one of the largest annual gatherings of chemists, science teachers and researchers of the country.
The Chemistry Congress provides an avenue to learn about the recent developments and innovations in research and in the field of chemistry. It includes talks on the different areas of chemistry, as well as different learning approaches and research opportunities. It is also a venue for chemists from the academe, industry and government to share and exchange knowledge and experiences, and to cooperate in solving national problems. There are also parallel workshops that include best practices in science teaching which can be very useful for Grade 11 and Grade 12 chemistry teachers.
